SecureAIHub Terms of Use
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of SecureAIHub, including the SecureAIHub website, pilot application, software tools, AI-assisted workflows, quote organization tools, troubleshooting workflows, documentation features, and related services.
By accessing or using SecureAIHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SecureAIHub.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Users
SecureAIHub is intended for business use by invited pilot participants, qualified security professionals, security industry personnel, or individuals authorized by a security-related business to evaluate or use the platform.
By accessing or using SecureAIHub, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are using SecureAIHub for authorized business or professional evaluation purposes. SecureAIHub is not intended for use by consumers, children, or individuals acting outside an authorized business or professional context.
3. Pilot-Stage Service
SecureAIHub is currently an evaluation-stage and pilot-stage software platform. Features may be incomplete, experimental, modified, suspended, or removed at any time.
Pilot-stage software may contain errors, incomplete outputs, interruptions, inaccurate recommendations, unavailable functionality, delayed responses, missing features, or other limitations.
4. Decision-Support Only
SecureAIHub is a decision-support and workflow-assistance platform. It is designed to help qualified security professionals organize quote inputs, review product considerations, follow troubleshooting workflows, prepare documentation, and evaluate installation-related information.
SecureAIHub does not replace professional judgment, field verification, manufacturer documentation, licensing requirements, building codes, fire/life-safety requirements, authority-having-jurisdiction approval, engineering review, customer approval, or final installer responsibility.
All recommendations, outputs, quotes, troubleshooting steps, configuration notes, validation results, and documentation generated by SecureAIHub must be reviewed and approved by a qualified professional before use.
Users agree not to rely solely on SecureAIHub outputs without independent verification.
5. No Professional Engineering, Legal, Tax, or Code-Compliance Services
SecureAIHub does not provide licensed engineering, architectural, electrical, fire-protection, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, permitting, inspection, or code-compliance services.
SecureAIHub outputs are not professional certifications, stamped plans, code approvals, permit approvals, engineering opinions, legal opinions, tax advice, AHJ determinations, manufacturer approvals, or final installation instructions.
6. No Installation, Monitoring, or Emergency Services
SecureAIHub does not perform installation work, does not monitor alarms, does not provide guard services, does not provide emergency response, does not dispatch personnel, and does not replace any life-safety, fire, intrusion, video surveillance, access control, or emergency communication system.
Do not use SecureAIHub for emergency situations. In an emergency, contact appropriate emergency services.
7. No Remote Device Control During Pilot
During the pilot stage, SecureAIHub does not remotely access, control, configure, disable, modify, monitor, or operate physical security devices or customer systems.
8. User Responsibility
- Reviewing all SecureAIHub outputs before use
- Independently verifying SecureAIHub outputs before relying on them
- Verifying product compatibility
- Confirming manufacturer documentation
- Confirming code and regulatory requirements
- Confirming site conditions
- Confirming customer requirements
- Confirming final pricing, taxes, labor, and scope
- Obtaining required approvals, permits, licenses, or inspections
- Ensuring your use of SecureAIHub complies with applicable law and professional standards
9. Quote and Pricing Outputs
Any quote, estimate, bill of materials, labor suggestion, tax estimate, or pricing-related output is for planning and review only. SecureAIHub does not guarantee quote accuracy, product availability, tax accuracy, labor accuracy, freight accuracy, compatibility, code compliance, or margin accuracy.
Final quotes must be independently reviewed and approved by the user or the user’s company before being provided to any customer.
10. Troubleshooting Outputs
Troubleshooting workflows are informational and must be evaluated by qualified personnel. Users are responsible for safely following manufacturer instructions, safety procedures, electrical requirements, network requirements, site rules, and applicable laws.
11. Product and Compliance Information
SecureAIHub may reference product categories, feature descriptions, compliance considerations, or manufacturer-style information. Such information may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or not applicable to a specific site. Users must verify all product and compliance information with official manufacturer documentation, distributor information, governing authorities, and qualified professionals.
12. Account Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, access codes, and login methods. You may not share pilot access without authorization.
13. Acceptable Use
- Use SecureAIHub for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse the platform
- Upload malicious code
- Interfere with platform operation
- Misrepresent SecureAIHub outputs as final certified designs, approvals, engineering opinions, compliance determinations, or professional advice
- Use SecureAIHub to violate privacy, security, surveillance, or data protection laws
- Use SecureAIHub to create unsafe, unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful systems
- Use SecureAIHub as the sole basis for decisions requiring professional review, field verification, code review, customer approval, or manufacturer confirmation
14. Export Control, Sanctions, and Restricted Government Use
SecureAIHub is not intended for use in classified systems, export-controlled environments, defense- sensitive environments, ITAR-controlled projects, restricted government systems, or other regulated environments requiring special authorization unless SecureAIHub provides prior written approval. You agree not to use SecureAIHub in violation of U.S. export control laws, sanctions laws, government procurement restrictions, security classification rules, or other applicable restrictions.
You are responsible for determining whether your use, project, customer, data, or environment is subject to export control, sanctions, classified information handling, government contracting, or other special regulatory requirements.
15. Intellectual Property
SecureAIHub, including its software, workflows, documentation, content, user interface, brand elements, logic, diagrams, and related materials, is owned by SecureAIHub or its licensors. You receive only a limited right to use the platform during the authorized access period.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from SecureAIHub without written permission.
16. User Content
You may submit information such as messages, project descriptions, quote inputs, troubleshooting details, product notes, site descriptions, and feedback. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SecureAIHub a limited right to use that content to provide, operate, secure, improve, analyze, and evaluate the platform.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or customer-identifying information unless you have authority to do so.
17. AI Processing and Third-Party AI Providers
SecureAIHub may use AI-assisted tools to process user inputs and generate workflow outputs. User inputs may be processed using third-party AI service providers configured by SecureAIHub.
SecureAIHub will use reasonable efforts to configure service providers appropriately for pilot-stage business use, but users remain responsible for avoiding unnecessary confidential, regulated, sensitive, or customer-identifying submissions.
18. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or improvement ideas, SecureAIHub may use them without restriction or compensation.
19. Email Communications
By participating in the pilot or using SecureAIHub, users consent to receive operational, onboarding, support, administrative, security, and pilot-related email communications from SecureAIHub.
20. Privacy
Your use of SecureAIHub is also governed by the SecureAIHub Privacy Policy.
21. Third-Party Services
SecureAIHub may rely on hosting providers, cloud services, AI services, analytics tools, email providers, payment processors, and other third-party services. SecureAIHub is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
22. No Warranties
SecureAIHub is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureAIHub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureAIHub and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to use of SecureAIHub.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureAIHub’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid by the user to SecureAIHub in the three months before the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100), unless a different amount is required by law.
24. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SecureAIHub and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of SecureAIHub, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of platform outputs, your professional services, your customer relationships, or your violation of law.
25. Suspension or Termination
SecureAIHub may suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse, security concerns, unauthorized access, pilot changes, business reasons, or violation of these Terms. For non-willful or curable violations, SecureAIHub may, when practical, provide notice and an opportunity to cure before termination. SecureAIHub is not required to provide a cure period for security risks, unlawful conduct, abuse, confidentiality violations, unauthorized sharing of access, reverse engineering, or conduct that may harm SecureAIHub, users, customers, or third parties. During a free pilot, no fees are owed or refunded upon termination. If paid plans are introduced later, refund terms may be governed by the applicable order, subscription terms, or plan terms.
26. Changes to Terms
SecureAIHub may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. For material changes, SecureAIHub may provide additional notice by email, in-app notice, pilot communication, or other reasonable method when practical. Continued use of SecureAIHub after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using SecureAIHub.
27. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, SecureAIHub, pilot access, platform outputs, or use of the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court where permitted or seek injunctive or equitable relief for unauthorized use of intellectual property, confidentiality violations, or security misuse.
The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, users agree not to bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, representative action, or consolidated proceeding against SecureAIHub.
Before starting arbitration, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and good-faith discussion for at least thirty (30) days.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
